- Returns Eligibility: We accept returns on unworn, unwashed, and undamaged items with original tags attached within 14 days of the delivery date. Please ensure the items are in their original condition for the return to be eligible.
- Initiate a Return: To initiate a return please email contact@paxfit.co and include your order number in the subject line. Once received, please allow 48 hours for our customer service team to reply to your return request.
- Return Authorization: Once your return request is received, our customer service team will review it and provide you with a return authorization along with instructions on where to send the items.
- Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your items reach us safely. Pax is not responsible for items lost or damaged during the return transit.
- Refund Process: Upon receiving your returned items and verifying their condition, we will process your refund within 7-10 ****business days(dependent on form of payment). The refund will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase.
- Exchanges: At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the return process, and then place a new order for the desired item.
- Defective or Incorrect Items: In the rare event that you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact our customer service team immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or issue a full refund, including return shipping costs.
- Final Sale Items: Certain items marked as "Final Sale" are not eligible for return or exchange. Please review product descriptions carefully before making a purchase.
